Leicester's part in finding Trappist-1
Astronomers have discovered the largest number of potentially habitable planets outside of our solar system.
Seven Earth-sized planets have been found 40 light-years away - a relatively short distance in space terms - and some have the potential for water on their surfaces.
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Leicester's, Ben Jackson has been speaking to Dr Matt Burleigh from the University of Leicester who is a space scientist involved with the discovery, and Josh Barker from the National Space Centre.
