Father's Britain's Got Talent song for his missing son
The father who sang the song he wrote for his missing son on ITV鈥榮 Britain's Got Talent, has described how singing is his catharsis.
Peter Boxell sang the song 鈥淚 Miss You鈥 as part of the Missing Person Choir, who are early favourites to win this year鈥檚 competition.
Pete, whose 15-year-old son Lee went missing in 1988, told 5 live Breakfast:
鈥淚 don鈥檛 really like to talk to people about how I feel. Singing about Lee鈥檚 disappearance and how I Iong for him, it鈥檚 cathartic.鈥
The Missing People Choir is made up of individuals and families of people who have disappeared, and is led by the Missing People charity.
