The father who sang the song he wrote for his missing son on ITV‘s Britain's Got Talent, has described how singing is his catharsis. Peter Boxell sang the song “I Miss You” as part of the Missing Person Choir, who are early favourites to win this year’s competition. Pete, whose 15-year-old son Lee went missing in 1988, told 5 live Breakfast: “I don’t really like to talk to people about how I feel. Singing about Lee’s disappearance and how I Iong for him, it’s cathartic.” The Missing People Choir is made up of individuals and families of people who have disappeared, and is led by the Missing People charity.
