Standing at five foot two inches Ruqsana Begum, of Bangladeshi descent, has been the British, European and World Muay Thai kickboxing champion.

But people don't always believe Ruqsana to be a figther because she does not "have the typical build of a fighter".

Begum does not just stop at being one of the best in her sport, it's the British fighters mission to make sport available to all, by designing a range of sports Hijabs for women to wear whilst training and competing.

She told Sportshour: "It's all about equality, inclusion and diversity in sport".
