As global online banking fraud rockets, customers of one institution, Spain's Santander, are starting to revolt after being told they weren't careful enough with their transactions. Recent victims include a community football group facing closure after scammers stole all their savings and a businesswoman who still can't believe she handed over around a quarter of a million dollars to fraudsters. A campaigner has decided that enough is enough and is asking customers affected to contact him so they can take collective action. The 蜜芽传媒's Mike Powell investigates.
