'You have to have a new Bond for each generation'
The niece of James Bond's creator Ian Fleming says the Bond character and films have to evolve to reflect the generation they are made in.
Lucy Fleming welcomed the news that Daniel Craig will be playing the role of 007 one more time, telling Radio 4's World at One that given the days we live in now, "you need a tougher, more ruthless Bond than we did in 1960's".
The actress told Martha Kearney that it is possible to update the books via the films by having "a new Bond for each generation" with the "best fashion, best technology... and social feelings for the time".
