Jail disturbance inquiry ordered
The Government has ordered an inquiry into a disturbance at a high security prison, Long Lartin, which involved more than 80 inmates.
MPs have been told that the event was a "very rare occurrence". But Labour said overcrowding and staff cuts meant prisons were less safe. Rachel Byrne reports.
