Irish MEP: May needs to 'convince' DUP
A senior Irish MEP has said Theresa May needs to convince the DUP to support draft plans to avoid a "hard border" between Ulster and the Irish Republic.
Mairead McGuinness, an MEP with the governing Irish party Fine Gael, told The World at One the Dublin government "need a form of words to allow the Irish side to believe there will be no change in relation to the border".
