Brexit Minister: Deal is 'real, tangible success'
A minister in the Department for Exiting the European Union describes the deal reached between the United Kingdom and the European Union as "real tangible success".
After months of wrangling, the European Commission announced that "sufficient progress" had been made in key areas, including the issue of the Irish border, for the Brexit negotiations to move on to the next stage.
Steve Baker told Radio 4's World at One that "it is a very happy place that the Conservative party has arrived in today and I see warm reaction from business, so there is much to celebrate in this".
