Everyone has a dream, whether it's to score the winning goal in a World Cup final or graduate from university.

For Martin Foyston it was to become a coach at a professional football club.

Martin had been a video analyst at Fulham FC, who were then in the English Premier League but decided to quit and pursue his dream in Scandinavia.

He is now the assistant coach of Norwegian side Str酶msgodset.
