From empty barn to indoor volleyball court: Scotland's Commonwealth Games journey
Training on the Scottish coast during winter can be lethal, and none know this as clearly as the Scottish beach volleyball team.
However, the squad have been getting creative in their build up to the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. They shifted 120 tonnes of sand into a disused barn to produce the perfect training environment...rain and frost free!
