What do you say when hauled in front of Congress?

Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg is expected to strike a conciliatory tone in his testimony before the US Senate's Commerce and Judiciary committees. He's fighting to demonstrate to critics that he is the right person to go on leading one of the world's largest companies. Facebook faces a crisis of confidence among users, advertisers, employees and investors. It's blown up after the social network admitted that 87 million people, mostly in the United States, had their personal information harvested from the site by Cambridge Analytica, a political consultancy.
