Irwin Stelzer on US attempts to regulate Facebook
The international row over what Facebook does with users' data has led to calls for tighter regulation of social media companies not just in Europe, but elsewhere too.
In the US, though, regulation of the internet has traditionally been resisted, because of the right to free speech enshrined in the constitution's First Amendment.
But how much longer will that resistance last?
World Business Report's Mike Johnson asked Irwin Stelzer of the Hudson Institute.
