In 2009, Andy Grant was blown up whilst on patrol in Afghanistan after his best mate accidentally hit a trip wire.

Andy decided to have his leg amputated, but where once his treasured Liverpool FC tattoo had carried the message ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’, surgery to create a stump ironically removed a key word from the slogan - 'alone'.

But Andy would walk again. In fact, he'd do more than that...
