'I carried a knife after I was stabbed, but boxing has made me calmer'

There have been more than 60 fatalities as a result of knife crime on the streets of London this year - many of them teenagers or young adults.

The 'Jab Don't Stab' campaign is an initiative set up by the Double Jab Boxing club in South London to encourage young people to take up boxing and stay away from a life of crime.

Joké started carrying a knife after he was stabbed. He's been telling Sportshour the compelling tale of what happened and how boxing at Double Jab has now made him a much calmer person.
