The last couple of years has seen the band support New Model Army; have their music be played on dozens of online and FM radio stations; be featured in multiple blogs and magazines while taking the festival circuit by storm.
Ìý
Taking influence fromÌýThe Levellers, Tori Amos and Joni Mitchell, the members of Under A Banner are scattered across the Midlands, including Worcester, and during the day work in teaching and computing.
Ìý
“Folk giants of the festival circuit with equally massive tracks that are right on the cutting edge" - Andrew Marston.
Ìý
Ibiza DJ

Ìý
Rinaldi Positivity, who also produces his own music, started off in heavy metal, punk and ska bands - but his real love for electronic came at the age of 14 after watching somebody on the decks.
Ìý
He now runs his own events across Worcestershire - and speaking about his productions, he says: "I've been suffering with major depression and this tune was made to inspired those that also suffer or don't understand."
Ìý
From Rag To Riches

Ìý
Mitch Loveridge's debut EP '12 Years In The Making' is out in August and he hopes he may even get an iTunes advert on TV with a number of record labels chasing his signature sound.
Ìý
Mitch had been living in the town's bandstand - but is now hoping to return to the stage having turned his life around.
Ìý
"We're Gonna Win The World Cup"

Ìý
But those England anthems are soooo old!
Ìý
One musician, from Hay-on-Wye, however - aims to change all that.
Ìý
"We're Gonna Win The World Cup," says Jakey Boy Hughes - who we've championed lots on this programme.
Ìý
His England anthem has already amassed a huge following online after it got posted on all of the major football pages on Facebook.
Ìý
UK Charts

Ìý
Video streaming and downloads are now being included in a song's chart position.
Ìý
The new rules mean watching music videos on sites like YouTube will now count towards the charts.
Ìý
Olly Alexander, from Years & Years, says this will go a long way to reflecting a band's overall popularity.Ìý
Ìý
A separate tweak to the chart formula will see paid-for music streams carrying more weight than "free" ones.
Ìý
Under the current system, every 150 streams of a song is counted as one "sale".
Ìý
100 streams, via a subscription service, equals one sale, but it'll take 600 "free" streams to have the same impact.

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Music Introducing at HopFest, Bewdley

Ìý
This year they extended the festival to three days - so on the Sunday, we were there hosting a stage dedicated to Herefordshire and Worcestershire artists chosen from theÌý.
Ìý
The event, run by a group of volunteers, is paid for by ticket sales alone.
Ìý
Musicians' Masterclass

Ìý
Held across three days, Amplify offered exclusive access to the UK music industry’s biggest names through intimate talks, music masterclasses and recording workshops.
Ìý
This week, we hear about the importance of collaborations,ÌýwithÌý,Ìýwho say it's "surprisingly easy" to get 'big names' on your records.

Monthly roadshows

Ìý
Since the beginning of 2011, we've taken our ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Introducing show out on-the-road to various areas across our patch to bring people a flavour of the local music scene.
Ìý
Every month, we rock up at a different venue with a pile of microphones, cables and recording equipment along with several vans full of enthusiastic musicians!
Ìý
As well as the bands being able to invite an audience, we also bring along a number of music industry professionals to comment on the live acts.
Ìý
We tend to host our sessions on evenings/weekends is because it's normally a quiet time for venues - so effectively you get a free gig curated with the best bands (from the thousands who have submitted their music to us), full tech provided, plusÌýÌý- so effectively you just need to open your doors!
