The Chinese city on the tropical island of Hainan is investing in creating a gaming industry to attract tourists from other countries in Asia and the construction of a new free trade zone port to rival Hong Kong and Singapore.

Fay Wang, vice president of China Minsheng, tells the 蜜芽传媒's Russell Padmore more about the plans to revolutionise the economy of the island.
