Vote Leave whistleblower says EU referendum should be re-run
The official Brexit campaign Vote Leave has been referred to the police after the Electoral Commission said it broke electoral law.
The watchdog said it exceeded its £7m spending limit by funnelling £675,315 through pro-Brexit youth group BeLeave.
Shahmir Sanni was a Vote Leave volunteer but decided to blow the whistle on his former employer in March when he accused it of breaching spending limits.
He spoke to the World at One's Sarah Montague.
