Former professional cricketer Greg Smith talks about leaving the professional game and coaching cricket in Cornwall

His next move was a gamble. He took on the role of Director of Cricket Development and Head Coach at Penzance Cricket Club.
He was tasked with reviving the west Cornwall team and it didn't take him long to start winning trophies.
But Greg's mission is not just about lifting silverware. He wants to improve the standard of cricket in Cornwall and develop younger players.
