Just over two years ago, cricketer Greg Smith retired from the professional game. His next move was a gamble. He took on the role of Director of Cricket Development and Head Coach at Penzance Cricket Club. He was tasked with reviving the west Cornwall team and it didn't take him long to start winning trophies. But Greg's mission is not just about lifting silverware. He wants to improve the standard of cricket in Cornwall and develop younger players. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Cornwall's Kick Off Reporter Amy Corbett spoke to Greg about his career in the game.
