Sir Philip Green: Lord Hain 'was plainly wrong'
Dominic Grieve, a former Attorney General, says Lord Hain was wrong in naming Sir Philip Green in the House of Lords.
Lord Hain used Parliamentary privilege to reveal the person the Telegraph newspaper was not allowed to name. His accusers had signed non-disclosure agreements. Sir Philip Green categorically denies allegations of unlawful sexual or racist behaviour.
The Conservative MP tells Radio 4's World at One that Lord Hain's actions were "a flagrant breach of... our Constitution and "makes the operation of our justice system unworkable".
