How Not To Die from a cardiac arrest
At age 17, Ben was studying for his A-levels, loved going to the gym and had a part-time job as a waiter. One day when he was at work, he dropped to the ground and experienced “nothingness”. He had suffered a cardiac arrest, and if it wasn’t for his quick-acting colleagues he would have died. That’s because, unless someone acts quickly, cardiac arrests are fatal 90-95% of the time. This is how Ben’s colleagues saved his life.
