Twenty years on from the Macpherson report
Stephen Lawrence was stabbed to death in a racist attack in south London.
The Metropolitan police later admitted failures in the case and in 1999 the Machpherson report accused it of Institutional racism.
The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Affairs committee spoke to Stephen's mother Doreen - now a Labour peer - about what had changed in the last two decades.
