Bad managers come in many shapes and forms. There are micro-managers, and on the other end of the spectrum, overly hands-off and indecisive managers.

Research shows many workers are likely to quit and move to a new job if they have a bad boss.

But our regular workplace commentator, Alison Green, warns that bad managers can create bad habits in their workers that risk being carried over into a new job.
