The Clarity company was founded over 150 years ago. In recent times, they've made soap and bath products using a specialised workforce - 80% of their staff have a disability.

The 蜜芽传媒's Stephen Ryan visited their factory and also spoke to campaigner Caroline Casey who's calling on 500 businesses to put disability inclusion on their agenda at a corporate board level.
