We continue our series of audio reports from Alun Hubbard, Professor of Glaciology at Aberystwyth University.
He spent the summer in Greenland, measuring the ice sheet - as he has done every year for the past decade.

This audio diary starts with an incredible recording of him describing being inside the ice sheet - which he describes as being "just like the Gaudi Cathedral" in Barcelona - followed by an interview with The World at One's presenter Sarah Montague.
