'Rugby has been a catalyst for social change'

Like a post-apartheid South Africa, another country that has made great strides in changing the diversity of their national rugby team is the United States.

Kris Thomas and Naya Tapper are two of six African American Women who represent the USA in the sevens version of the game. They say the sport has openly embraced inclusion and is a vehicle for social change.
