Social Care 5: Talking to Grandma through a window
Anna Perrott and family are in the process of deciding what future care their Grandmother Rita should have. Rita has dementia and is temporarily staying in a care home in Norfolk.
Continuing his series on social care, Andrew Bomford hears that due to Coronavirus, Anna is not allowed in to the care home to visit her Grandmother. Not put off, she stands outside, on the phone, chatting to Rita through the window. Andrew also hears how Norfolk Social Services are dealing with the government emergency Coronavirus legislation.
