Words at One: Pam Ayres
We continue our 'Words at One' series, where we ask writers to share something to lift our spirits during this Covid pandemic.
In this episode we hear from the poet and performer Pam Ayres. She shares two poems with Edward Stourton,
a topical one about masks and the other about praising our loved ones when they are alive, rather than during a eulogy at their funeral. She also tells him about her efforts to learn a new skill under lock down.
