Having never climbed a mountain in her life, Nadhira Alharthy decided to climb Mount Everest.

She succeeded and became the first woman from Oman to complete the feat.

Nadhira tells Sportshour鈥檚 Caroline Barker about the experience and the attitudes towards women doing endurance sports in Oman.
