'There's still so much stigma around mental health'
We often hear about the strain mental health services are under, but there's soon going to be more help for people in a crisis.
'Crisis Cafes' provide a safe and welcoming place for people to attend when they're struggling with their mental health. They act as an alternative to A&E and provide support in a non-clinical environment.
