Liu Han-Chieh: 'How we invented bubble tea'
In 1987, Liu Han-Chieh started selling 鈥榩earl milk tea鈥� at his tea house in Taiwan - after a spark of creativity from his colleague Lin Xiuhu.
Despite Liu鈥檚 father鈥檚 concern that he was damaging traditions, the drink鈥檚 popularity exploded and stars such as Michael Jordan and Jackie Chan visited Chun Shui Tang just to try it.
