'To be Chief Constable is almost unbelievable'
The new Chief Constable of Lincolnshire Police says he's proud to return to his home county to take up the role.
Paul Gibson began his Police career in Lincolnshire in 1998, and has been appointed the county's top officer after several years with other forces in the Midlands.
Ahead of taking up the role he's been outlining his priorities for Lincolnshire Police and what being Chief Constable means to him.
