Carmela from Wareham is walking and wheeling 100 miles across Dorset. Carmela, who's 10, lives with an aggressive form of muscular dystrophy, which only affects one in a million children.

Carmela is hoping to raise 拢10,000 for the Dorset charity Julia's House, which supports her and other children.
