Carmela from Wareham is walking and wheeling 100 miles across Dorset. Carmela, who's 10, lives with an aggressive form of muscular dystrophy, which only affects one in a million children. Carmela is hoping to raise £10,000 for the Dorset charity Julia's House, which supports her and other children. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Solent's Steve Harris spoke to Carmela, her mum Lucy Chillery-Watson and Sophie Warner.
