Keir Starmer is being grilled by senior MPs on the Liaison Committee for the first time since he was elected in July.

The prime minister is expected to be quizzed on growth and the economy; public services and the government's plan for change as well as global affairs and security.

It's the job of this group of senior MPs to take the PM to task on public policy three times a year.
