Lincolnshire school removes mirrors from toilets
William Farr Comprehensive School in Welton near Lincoln has taken down all mirrors from above the washbasins in its toilets, claiming that they 'encourage students to spend a bit too much time' there, leading to lessons being delayed.
Head teacher Grant Edgar says they often gather in large groups which can make others feel uncomfortable.
Some parents have questioned the move while psychologist Emma Kenny says the bigger issue behind why children are spending so much time in school toilets needs to be addressed.
