Emma Sellars was a teenager when she was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease which in her case required surgery.
She won ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Lincolnshire's Make A Difference bravery award for highlighting life with the condition.
