Are Londoners now more reluctant to give up their seat?
The "Please Offer Me A Seat" badge and card scheme is designed to help those with disabilities and health conditions signal to other passengers that they might need a seat.
But this doesn't always happen, Londoners living with disabilities and chronic health conditions say they have struggled to use this scheme while travelling, with people refusing to give up their seat.
