A secluded Essex island in the Blackwater Estuary near Maldon is for sale. The 380 acre private estate has attracted a number of music artists to its recording studios over the years, including Rhianna, Stormzy and George Ezra.

The island was also once a top-secret naval base in World War Two and even has its own cinema.

Simon Pelling is one of the directors at Fine and Country, who are the agents tasked with selling the island.
