A secluded Essex island in the Blackwater Estuary near Maldon is for sale. The 380 acre private estate has attracted a number of music artists to its recording studios over the years, including Rhianna, Stormzy and George Ezra. The island was also once a top-secret naval base in World War Two and even has its own cinema.
