Down to earth advice on growing your own fruit and vegetables with allotment gardener Terry Walton, from his plot in the Rhondda Valley.
In the greenhouse the tomato plants are filling out, despite the changeable temperatures, and the cucumbers are starting to form. Outside the strawberries are forming well and the potatoes need their last bit of maintenace to clear the weeds and give the plants their best chance.
And the broad beans have produced an abundant harvest, they're ready to pick.
