Louise Butcher has had a double mastectomy after breast cancer, but chose not to have reconstructive surgery. She runs marathons topless to show her scars and get a conversation going around surgery, scars and surviving cancer. She is an incredible advocate, and talks to Anna for this episode of Top Woman.
