Eve Myles: ‘Learning Welsh was one of the best things I’ve ever done’

Welsh actor Eve Myles joined Nuala McGovern on Woman’s Hour recently and told her that she learnt Welsh in four months for her role as Faith Howells in the bilingually-produced drama series, Keeping Faith.

Eve said that learning the language was one of the best things she’s ever done and said that it’s a privilege that she now carries this part of her heritage with her.

She was on the programme to talk about appearing in several series on our TV screens this autumn, including Cold Water, The Hack and her lead role in THE GUEST.

Listen to the full interview on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Sounds – it’s the Woman’s Hour episode from 2 September.
