Daniel used to be idealistic. He grew up wanting to be president, and when his father explained this country doesn’t have a president, young Daniel was not deterred. He wanted to enter politics, work towards a fair society – make a difference.

But somewhere along the way, the dream derailed. And now it’s come crashing right off the tracks.

Daniel’s drinking has got worse and worse. His wife Alex is reaching the end of her tether, and now Daniel has started having blackouts.

When Daniel wakes from a blackout to find he has beaten a man to within an inch of his life, he begins a dramatic quest for redemption.
