Mike Phillips

Mike is an Anthropologist who specialises in serology (the scientific study of blood serum and other bodily fluids) and is the business manager of the Body Farm. Like Eve, his work is his passion - he knows he’s good at it and as long as he’s able to do it he’s content.

He set up the Body Farm with Eve as a research facility. Now that Eve has pulled them into working active crime scenes, he is uncomfortable with it, but soon has to admit that he loves this element of the work.

His integrity, strength, and equanimity make him the colleague everyone else turns to when they need help. He is the rock.

Of course, he’s in love with Eve but he will never admit it to her - or to himself.
