The Voice doesn鈥檛 care how many knockbacks you鈥檝e had before. It鈥檚 just about coming out and smashing it on that stage. Don鈥檛 take our word for it 鈥� just ask Jessica Hammond.

The 17-year-old student from Belfast has been to a lot of auditions and had a lot of no's. But things were a little different at her Blind Audition, at which she performed a laid back version of Jessie鈥檚 鈥楶rice Tag鈥�, accompanying herself on the guitar.

The performance not only impressed Jessie, who slapped her button lovingly; it had all four coaches turning in their chairs. Despite strong appeals from all four A-listers, especially will.i.am who offered to be Jessica鈥檚 roadie as well as her mentor, she only had eyes for Jessie, stating she鈥檚 鈥渁ll about the music.鈥�

Jessica is thinking big. It's certainly not about the money, money, money but it IS about winning.
