Matthew lives in Cheshire. He plays with the Hallé Youth Orchestra and is Principal Percussionist with the National Youth Orchestra. Matthew also enjoys playing in and composing for a percussion ensemble under the direction of his teacher, Mark Concar. Matthew is currently studying for A Levels in Music, Maths and Biology at Sandbach High School and his aspiration is to have a career in music. He enjoys reading and travelling in his spare time.
