Crucial Brexit Vote Delayed

A crucial vote on Brexit is delayed, deepening political frustration

A crucial vote on Brexit is delayed, deepening political frustration. France's President Macron addresses the nation as protests show little sign of subsiding. Laurent Duc runs a hotel in Lyon and represents hoteliers across the country, and tells us bookings have fallen by 20% in wake of the protests. And we look at the wider economic impact with Harriet Agnew, Paris correspondent for the Financial Times. We have a report from Tokyo, where Japan's parliament has passed new rules dramatically increasing the number of foreign workers allowed to enter the country. Plus we hear from Jayme Smaldone, founder and chief executive of "Mighty Mug", whose letter to US President Donald Trump might lead the country to pull out of the Universal Postal Union, which makes it cheaper for companies in China to ship goods to the United States, than it costs an American company to do the same.
