France's President Macron has promised billions of euros in concessions to protesters. Sophie Pedder of The Economist in Paris tells us whether the proposals are likely to quell the protests that have rocked the country over the last few weeks. Also in the programme, British prime minister Theresa May is meeting European leaders and EU officials for talks aimed at rescuing her Brexit deal.
